🚚 Domestic & International Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email:

3-10 business days for domestic shipping
2-6 weeks for international shipping, depending on location and customs

 

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery speeds and customs delays are unfortunately entirely out of my hands.

Delayed Packages: If your package is taking longer than expected, please check your tracking link first, and then reach out to your local post office. They will have the most up-to-date local routing info!

Marked "Delivered" but Missing: If your tracker states the package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, roommates, or your local mail carrier. I am not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a successful delivery confirmation.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking has completely stopped updating and has been completely stagnant for more than 21 business days (Domestic) or 45 business days (International), please contact me.

While I am a small business and cannot easily absorb the cost of carrier mistakes, I put my heart and soul into my work and want to make sure you are taken care of. I will happily help you open a carrier investigation or discuss options to get a replacement or refund sorted out.
